The Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract setup to provide:

- Services that provide management assistance, advice, or training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities, or systems

Studies, Analysis, and Evaluations
- Services that provide organized, analytical assessments to understand or evaluate complex issues to improve policy development, decision making, management, or administration

Engineering and Technical Services
- Services that take the form of advice, assistance, training, or hands-on training necessary to maintain and operate fielded weapon systems, equipment, and components at design or required levels of effectiveness
